Turf Builder 20 lbs. Grass Seed Contractor's Mix Resists Heat Drought, Insects, and Disease

Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Contractor's Mix is designed to be greener, denser, and more durable than Kentucky-31, resisting heat, drought, insects, and disease. In addition, each seed is coated to absorb 2X more water than uncoated seed. Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Contractor's Mix is designed for full sun and partial shade, and has a medium coarse bladed texture with high drought resistance. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when air temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 80°F. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall. One 20 lb. bag of Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Contractor's Mix has a new lawn coverage of 1,665 sq. ft. and an overseeding coverage of 5,000 sq. ft.
